Veggie Seasons

This is the page description.

We grow for four seasons with a large variety of fresh vegetables in the summer and using overwintering and storage techniques for winter. We also grow with the seasons, choosing crops that will do well here.

Spring

Arugula, Spinach, Workhorse Salad Mix, Green Onions, Fresh Garlic, Baby Kale, Radishes, Beets, Herbs, Green Top Beets, Pak Choi.

Summer

Arugula, Spinach, Baby Kale, Workhorse Salad Mix, Radishes, Red and Gold Green Top Beets, Sweet Carrots, Basil, Cilantro, Parsley, Tomatoes and Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic, Sweet Onions.

Autumn

Arugula, Spinach, Workhorse Salad Mix, Baby Kale, Radishes, Onions, Garlic, Broccoli, Swiss Chard, Kale, Red and Gold Beets, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Winter Squash, Celery, Sweet Carrots, Parsnips, Parsley Root, Turnips, Apples.

Winter

 Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Winter Squash, Shallots, Parsnips, Beets, Celery.
