What is a Farmers Market CSA Share?

CSA stands for “Community Supported Agriculture”. You may already be familiar with CSA: a veggie loving CSA member pays ahead before the start of the season which entitles them to a delivered share of the harvest. A Farmers Market CSA Share is similar…but not. Our Farmers Market Members still pay ahead for the season, but instead of receiving a delivery of vegetables, they use the balance of an “account” to purchase the vegetables of their choice at one of our market stands. As a Market Share CSA Member, you purchase your vegetables when you want and choose what you want. It’s a flexible, full choice option for getting your vegetables throughout the season and beyond.

As a Market Member, you receive a weekly newsletter outlining what we will have available at the market and stories and news from the farm. You will also receive cooking tips and recipes, some culinary herbs at no cost to your account, as well as some specials along the way.

At the end of each season, any unused portion of your market share will roll over into the next season. There is no expiration on your balance so you don’t lose that value that you paid for!

Farmers Market Shares Come in 3 amounts to be redeemed at our farmers market stands. With a greater amount you receive a larger added percent of value to redeem with the farm.
